Shrutika has over 10 years + experience working as a Physiotherapist.
She has experience in treating orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitation injuries. She is trained as a Mulligan therapist, Parkinson Disease (PD) warrior therapist. She also has an interest in treating Women’s health problems (pre and post pregnancy). She has gained experience working across the private and public health settings in Victoria over the last 8 years.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing badminton, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Adel is a non-invasive imaging and general cardiologist, specialising in echocardiography, stress testing and coronary CT angiography. Alex graduated from Monash University, and finished his cardiology training with an imaging Fellowship at Austin Health. Special interests include heart failure, valve disease, and multi-modality cardiac imaging.
Agnes is passionate about motivating others to find their best selves and live a healthier and happier life. Believing in the joy of food, she is client-focused and dedicated to providing customised nutritional plans to suit different individual needs while helping others to build a good relationship with food.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Science majoring in Nutrition at The University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master’s degree in Dietetics at Monash University, she gained interest and experience in areas such as weight management, diabetes management (type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes), cardiovascular disease management (cholesterol, blood pressure management), gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerance), women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and more.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Agnes is multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. While providing nutritional advice is her primary job function by day, Agnes is a foodie and enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes and cuisines from other parts of the world.

Danielle McCubbin is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years.
Danielle’s qualifications also include a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition. She is also a published coauthor with her book Global Women in Business.

Nader studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and a Masters of Podiatric practice in 2014. Since then Nader has developed a passion for the management of sports related injuries in athletes and active people as well as treating patients suffering with Diabetes.
In his time working as a podiatrist Nader established himself as a podiatry mentor, assisting and training new graduate podiatrists in their first year of podiatric practice. He looks to the ever-evolving field of sports podiatry and is able to construct biomechanical treatment plans for his patients.
In his spare time you will find Nader doing small projects around the house and spending time with his wife and son. He’s an avid soccer fan and enjoys learning new things.

Nital has 13+ years’ experience working as a physiotherapist.
He graduated in 2010 from Maharashtra University of Health Science, India.
He has special interest in lower limb injury management and spinal rehabilitation. He believes that return to sports performance is as substantial as return to play.
He also believes in injury prevention through establishment of evidence based injury prevention strategies and mitigating risk factors in young and masters athletes.
He has an interest in managing growth related injuries in school going kids who play sports multiple times in a week. He effectively manages acute injuries of weekend warriors.
For the geriatric population, his approach of treatment for ongoing pain is not only focusing on reduction of pain but also improving functionality through tasks oriented exercises.
He conducts following group exercises
Apart from work, he is a medium pace bowler, and plays cricket with Cranbourne Cricket Club. He loves to go hiking with his son and loves to cook pizza for his wife on Friday nights.
