Duoshao is the owner of Viva Hearing on Main Street, Mornington, and visits Botanic Ridge to provide audiology services. She holds a Master of Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne and has five years of clinical experience in diagnosing, treating and managing hearing and tinnitus issues.
Duoshao is a certified member of Audiology Australia. She mentors future audiologists and is committed to ongoing learning in modern hearing technology.

Full diagnostic audiometry — pure tone, speech in noise, tympanometry. You receive a clear, easy-to-read audiogram.
Duoshao explains your results and discusses options — hearing aid trials, communication strategies, or referral to ENT if needed.
If hearing aids are recommended, Duoshao manages fitting, fine-tuning and ongoing reviews from her Mornington and Botanic Ridge clinics.
