Mulligan certified · PD Warrior therapist

Shrutika brings more than a decade of physiotherapy experience to Botanic Ridge, with training in orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitation injuries. She is a certified Mulligan therapist and a Parkinson Disease (PD) Warrior therapist, and has a clinical interest in women's health (pre and post pregnancy).

Casey Physiotherapy also provides care for sports injuries, spinal rehabilitation, geriatric pain management and post-operative rehabilitation. Multiple practitioners consult from the clinic across the week — Shrutika Namle, Nital Tawde and Harleen.

How your appointment typically flows.

Your appointment is performed onsite with GP review. A common procedure with a strong evidence base.

i.

Call reception to book

Physiotherapy appointments cannot be booked online — please call (03) 5902 8223. A GP referral is not required for self-funded appointments.

ii.

Initial assessment (30 min)

Your physio takes a history, examines movement and function, and identifies the cause of pain or dysfunction.

iii.

Hands-on treatment

Treatment may include manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription, taping or load-management advice.

iv.

Home program & follow-up

You leave with a clear home-exercise program. Most patients see meaningful change across 3–6 sessions.

Transparent pricing.

Physiotherapy attracts a private fee. Patients with a CDM plan from their GP receive a Medicare rebate (up to 5 rebated Allied Health visits per calendar year). Private health, NDIS, DVA and WorkCover plans accepted. Please contact reception for current fee schedules.

Do I need a GP referral?
Not for self-funded appointments. A CDM plan referral is needed for Medicare rebate; WorkCover or TAC claims need their respective approvals.
Which physio should I see?
Shrutika has interests in women's health and Parkinson's. Nital and Harleen see general musculoskeletal, sports and post-surgical patients. Reception can match you to the right practitioner.
Do you do dry needling?
Yes — dry needling is offered by several practitioners as part of a broader treatment plan.
How long are appointments?
Initial assessments are 30 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes.
